quick delivery and quality items but communication not as good as it used to be unfortunately, I suspect this is because of change of staff on the discussions

I've ordered a few times and my experience only gets better and better! My pins are always quick to arrive without a sacrifice to the quality. They are very kind and always take time to answer my questions. My recent order has completely blown me away with the beautiful quality of the pins!
